Process Requirements

1. Crimp in the direction shown; 2. Wires must match one-to-one, no misalignment/short/open/crimp defect; 3. Apply UV adhesive on both sides at H2, cure 2 minutes per side under UV; 4. Protect pins with pearl cotton.

Product Introduction

This 14-pin IDC ribbon jumper uses three-piece black box connectors at both ends of a gray UL2651 ribbon cable with a red edge. The red edge marks pin 1, keeping the 14-pin sequence aligned from end to end. It is a compact internal board connection for electronic equipment, with the flat ribbon fitting neatly between dense boards and panels.
