Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 end 5±0.5mm and crimp the 250 terminal; strip H2 end 4.5+0.5mm and crimp the board terminal; 2. 250 terminals from KET, JST or Yueqing suppliers are acceptable; 3. Board terminals must pass board-insertion test.

Test Conditions

Continuity resistance <2Ω; pull-out: 250 terminal on 16AWG ≥13.1kg, board terminal on 16AWG ≥2kg.
