Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 3.0+0.5mm, crimp 3962T and insert into housing as shown; 2. Strip H2 3.0+0.5mm, crimp A3963T and insert into housing as shown; 3. Single-pin wire pull-out force must exceed 4.5Kg/F.

100% electrical test on finished units: insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC high voltage 300V, continuity resistance 3Ω.

Product Introduction

This 6P harness connects a white latching 3962HC-6P housing to a white A3963HM-6P female housing using five color-coded conductors. A black PVC sleeve covers the middle section of the bundle to protect and tidy the leads. It is built as a fixed board-to-board internal connection for electronic equipment, with the pin order and lead length set per the approved drawing.
