Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 2.5+0.5 mm, crimp SCN90T and insert; 2. Strip H2 2.5+0.5 mm, crimp 2501T and insert; 3. Single-pin retention >2.5 Kg/F; 4. Solder-tin the SCN90T crimp at H1; 5. Sleeve with heat-shrink as shown and shrink tightly.

Test Conditions

100% electrical test: insulation 20MΩ, DC 300V, continuity 3Ω.

This 5P crossover harness links a white SCN90H-5P housing at one end to a black latching 2501H-5P XHS-style housing at the other. Five color-coded conductors join the two ends, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing.
