Process Requirements

1. Strip both ends 2.2-0.3mm and crimp 2001T/SAN180T, then insert into housings as shown; 2. Terminal pull-out force must be greater than 2.5Kg/F.

Product Introduction

This 8-way ribbon jumper connects a 2001H-8P 2.0mm-pitch housing at one end to a SAN180H-8P housing at the other. Eight rainbow-colored UL1061 leads keep each circuit visually identifiable, and the bundle is tied as a ribbon for neat internal routing. It is a fixed signal connection lead for electronic equipment, with the pin order and lead length set per the approved drawing.
