Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 5.5~6.0mm and crimp U-fork terminal; strip H2 4.5~5mm and crimp board terminal; 2. Sleeve heat-shrunk tightly; 3. U-fork pull-out >7.3kg, board terminal pull-out >3kg.

Test Conditions

1. 100% electrical test on every unit; 2. Test voltage DC300V; 3. Insulation resistance ≥10MΩ; 4. Continuity resistance ≤2Ω.

Product Introduction

This lead uses two brown UL1015 20AWG conductors, with U-fork terminals at one end and P1811T-C PCB board terminals at the other. A flexible black PVC sleeve covers the middle of the bundle, protecting and tidying the two leads. It is built as a fixed grounding or power connection inside electronic equipment, with the terminal sizes and lead length set per the approved drawing.
