Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 6±0.5mm and crimp RNB2-3; 2. Strip H2 4.5±0.5mm and crimp board terminal; 3. Shrink heat-shrink tubes as shown; 4. Board terminal must pass insertion/withdrawal test; 5. Terminal pull strength: ring terminal >19kg, board terminal >3.0kg; 6. Matches PCB hole 2.5mm.

Test Conditions

100% electrical test per finished lead; test voltage DC300V; insulation resistance ≥10MΩ; continuity resistance ≤2Ω.

Packaging

50 PCS per pack; whole product wrapped with foam sheet.

Product Introduction

This high-voltage lead is built from UL3239 silicone-insulated lead wire in black, with a braided outer layer for extra protection. A ring crimp terminal is fitted at one end and a B1811T2P-2E PCB board terminal at the other, with black heat-shrink tubing covering both junctions. It is designed for the high-voltage internal connections of power electronic equipment, with the wire rating and lead length set per the approved drawing.
