Process Requirements
1. Strip outer jacket 25±3mm and inner wires 2.5±0.5mm at both ends, crimp terminals and insert into housings as shown; 2. Terminal pull-out force >2.2Kg/F; 3. Cut braid and foil at the jacket-stripping edge without damaging inner wires, then sleeve and shrink the heat-shrink tube.
Test Conditions
100% tested and dot-marked on finished units: insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC high voltage 300V, continuity resistance 3Ω.
Packaging
50 PCS per bundle.
Introduction
Uses UL2464#26-5C shielded tinned-copper cable (OD4.8mm, gray jacket); one end is a 2509H-5P (JC25 receptacle), the other a white 25019-05P-0B2 receptacle (Pitch:2.5mm); 5 cores red/yellow/green/black/white straight-through, total length 350±10mm.
