Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 core wire 2.5+0.5mm and crimp SAN90T; strip H2 3.0+0.5mm and crimp 2508T. 2. Insert into housings per the wiring table.

Test Conditions

1. Continuity resistance <2Ω, insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC300V. 2. Terminal pull-out force ≥2.5KG. 3. Mating insertion force ≤8N/pin, withdrawal force ≥3N/pin.

Product Introduction

This short 5P jumper links a white SAN90H-5P JC20-series housing at one end to a black 2508H-5P SM-style housing at the other. Five color-coded UL1007 leads join the two ends, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing.
