Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 2.2±0.3mm and crimp SCN180T; strip H2 2.5±0.3mm and crimp 2507T male terminal, insert into housings as shown; 2. Per-pin terminal-to-wire pull-out >2KG/F; 3. Wires sleeved with Φ6.0 PVC tube; 4. SM housings must be Huafu brand; 5. SM female housing mating force at H2: insertion ≤8N/pin, withdrawal ≥3N/pin.

Test Conditions

100% electrical test on finished units: insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC high voltage 300V, continuity resistance 3Ω.

Packaging

50 PCS per bundle; H1 end wrapped with foam sheet.

Product Introduction

This jumper links a white SCN180H-7P housing at one end to a black 2507H-6P SM2.5 male housing at the other. Six color-coded UL1007 leads join the two ends, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing and a red lock fitted to the SM end. It is a fixed internal board-to-board connection for electronic equipment, with the pin order set per the approved drawing.
