Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 2.2±0.5mm and crimp SCN180T; 2. Strip H2 3.0±0.5mm and crimp 2507T; 3. Apply silicone at H2; 90° bend must not crack; 4. SCN terminals must be solder-tinned after crimping; 5. Terminal pull strength >2kg; 6. SM housing mating force ≤8N/pin, withdrawal ≥3N/pin.

Test Conditions

100% electrical test per finished unit; test voltage DC300V; insulation resistance ≥10MΩ; continuity resistance ≤3Ω.

Packaging

25 PCS per bundle; H1 end wrapped with foam sheet and tied with a cable tie.

Product Introduction

This 9P jumper links a white SCN180H-9P housing at one end to a black 2507H-9P SM2.5 male housing at the other. Eight color-coded UL1332 leads join the two ends, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing. The heat-resistant UL1332 insulation suits equipment with elevated internal temperatures, and the short lead length keeps the connection compact.
