Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 core wire 2.5+0.5mm and crimp SCN180T; strip H2 3.0+0.5mm and crimp 2507T. 2. Insert into housings per the wiring table.

Test Conditions

1. Continuity resistance <2Ω; no short, open or misalignment. 2. Terminal pull-out force ≥2.5KG. 3. Mating insertion force ≤8N/pin, withdrawal force ≥3N/pin.

Packaging

25 PCS per bundle; wrap the H1 end with foam sheet, fold in half and tie with a cable tie.

Product Introduction

This 8P jumper links a white SCN180H-8P housing at one end to a black 2507H-8P SM2.5 housing at the other. Eight color-coded UL1007 leads join the two ends, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing. It is a fixed internal board-to-board connection for electronic equipment, with the pin order and lead length set per the approved drawing.
