Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 2.5+0.5mm and crimp SCN90T. 2. Strip H2 2.5~2.8mm and crimp SXA-001T-P0.6. 3. Insert into housings per the contact table. 4. Wire-to-terminal pull-out force ≥4.5kg.

Test Conditions

1. Each finished unit must be 100% electrically tested. 2. Test voltage DC300V. 3. Insulation resistance ≥10MΩ. 4. Continuity resistance ≤2Ω.

Packaging

100 PCS per bundle; wrap the H1 end with foam sheet.

Product Introduction

This short jumper links a white SCN90H-2P JC25 housing at one end to a white XMP-03V housing at the other, using red and black UL1007 leads. Tin-plated terminals are seated in both housings, and the XMP end uses a matching retainer to hold the terminals. The short lead length suits tight internal spacing inside electronic equipment.
