Process Requirements

1. Fan out H1 end 25±2mm, strip 2.5mm and crimp SCN90T; 2. Fan out H2 end 25±2mm, strip 2.5mm and crimp 2511T; 3. Solder-tin the SCN90T on H1 after crimping (solder must not impair the hook lock).

Test Conditions

Single-pin pull-out >3.0Kg/F; 100% electrical test: insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC hipot 300V, continuity resistance 3Ω.

Packaging

Product Introduction

This 5P ribbon jumper connects a white SCN90H-5P JC25 2.5mm-pitch housing at one end to a gray 2511H-5P housing at the other, using a black UL2468 flat ribbon cable. The flat ribbon keeps the five pin positions aligned in sequence and fits neatly inside compact electronic equipment. Lead length and pin order are fixed per the approved drawing.
