1. Strip H1 2.5+0.5 mm, crimp 2507T and insert; 2. Strip H2 2.5+0.5 mm, crimp SCN180T and insert; 3. SM housings must be Huafu brand; 4. Single-pin retention >3 Kg/F; 5. SM insertion ≤8 N/pin, withdrawal ≥3 N/pin.

Product Introduction

This 5P sensor harness links a white 2507H-5P SM2.5 male housing at one end to a white SCN180H-5P housing at the other. Five color-coded conductors join the two ends, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing. It is built as a fixed internal sensor connection for electronic equipment, with the pin order and lead length set per the approved drawing.
