Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 end 2.5mm and crimp 2501T; strip H2 end 2.5mm, crimp 2507T and insert into housing as shown; 2. Same-color wires are not polarity-specific; 3. SM-2P plug housings must be Huafu brand.

Test Conditions

Single-pin terminal-to-wire retention ≥3KG; continuity resistance <2Ω; SM-2P mating force: insertion ≤8N/pin, withdrawal ≥3N/pin.

Product Introduction

This splitter harness uses one latching 2501H-6P housing at the input end and branches into three 2507H-2P SM housings at the output end. The six UL1007 conductors in black, white and yellow are split into three pairs along the branch point, letting one connection feed three device points. It is a fixed internal branch harness for electronic equipment, with the split arrangement and lead lengths set per the approved drawing.
