Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 end 2.5mm and crimp 2501T; strip H2 end 2.5mm, crimp 2507T and insert into housing as shown; 2. Terminal-to-wire pull-out >2.5KG/F; 3. SM mating force: insertion ≤8N/pin, withdrawal ≥3N/pin; 4. Mark a dot after continuity test.

Test Conditions

Continuity resistance <2Ω; no short, open or miswire defects.

Product Introduction

This 8P straight jumper links a latching 2501H-8P 2.5mm-pitch housing at one end to a black 2507H-8P SM2.5 male housing at the other. Eight color-coded UL1007 leads join the two ends in straight-through order, with tin-plated crimped terminals seated in each housing. It is a fixed internal board-to-board connection for electronic equipment, with the pin order and lead length set per the approved drawing.
