Engineering Drawing - 90 Degree Bent Ground Wire

Product Introduction

This bent grounding lead is cut from yellow UL1015 18AWG wire and formed to a 90-degree bend to fit the equipment mounting layout. Two layers of black heat-shrink tubing cover the lead body, protecting the insulation and identifying the grounding function. The lead is built to a fixed shape and length so it seats exactly where the customer drawing requires.

Product Features

  • UL1015 18AWG yellow grounding wire
  • Pre-bent 90-degree shape per mounting layout
  • Two layers of black heat-shrink tubing along the body
  • Tinned finished ends for reliable contact
  • Fixed lead length of about 82mm

Technical Specifications

  • Pin count: single-circuit grounding lead
  • Wire: UL1015 18AWG hookup wire
  • Terminations: tinned ends with heat-shrink insulation
  • Packaging: bundled per the approved packing drawing
  • Testing: 100% continuity test on finished leads

Quality Assurance

We build to customer drawings and samples, supporting small-batch production and steady volume orders. Every lead is continuity tested before shipment, and samples are verified against the approved drawing. Bend angle and length can be adjusted for different mounting layouts.
