Process Requirements

1. Split H1 wires 25±2mm, strip 2.5+0.5mm and crimp SCN90T; 2. Split H2 wires 28±2mm, strip 2.5+0.5mm and crimp 2511T; 3. Single-pin pull-out force must exceed 3.0Kg/F; 4. Solder-tin SCN90T after crimping on H1; 5. No marking on wire or housing.

Test Conditions

100% electrical test on finished units: insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC high voltage 300V, continuity resistance 3Ω.

Packaging

50 PCS per bundle; H1 end wrapped with foam sheet.

Product Introduction

This 5-pin ribbon jumper connects a white SCN90H-5P 2.5mm-pitch housing to a gray 2511H-5P housing using a flat black ribbon cable. The flat profile fits neatly into tight gaps inside electronic equipment, and the fixed 5-pin order makes it a clean board-to-board lead. Total lead length is set per drawing, and the ribbon keeps the pin sequence aligned from end to end.
