Process Requirements

1. Split H1 wires 29±2mm, strip conductor 2.5+0.5mm and crimp 2511T; 2. Split H2 wires 29±2mm, strip conductor 2.5+0.5mm and crimp SCN180T; 3. Insert into housings and fit the lock as required; 4. Terminal-to-wire crimp pull-out force must exceed 3.5Kg/F.

Continuity resistance <2Ω; short/open threshold 20KΩ; insulation resistance ≥20MΩ at DC 300V; test environment 25±5°C, humidity below 50%RH.

Product Introduction

This 9-pin ribbon jumper connects a 2511H-9P housing at one end to a SCN180H-9P 2.5mm-pitch housing at the other, using a blue-white flat ribbon cable. The flat ribbon keeps the nine pin positions aligned in sequence and fits neatly inside compact electronic equipment. Lead length and pin order are fixed per the approved drawing, making the jumper a ready internal connection lead.
