Process Requirements

1. Strip jacket 28±1mm and core 2.5±0.3mm at both ends, crimp 2501T, pull-out >2KG; 2. Mating insertion ≤8N/pin, withdrawal ≥3N/pin; 3. The two back housing features are optional; 4. Route and tie as shown.

Test Conditions

1. 100% electrical test on every unit; 2. Test voltage DC300V; 3. Insulation resistance ≥10MΩ; 4. Continuity resistance ≤2Ω.

Product Introduction

This 4P shielded cable links two latching 2501H-4P XH2.5 housings at opposite ends, using a shielded UL2464 multi-conductor cable with a black jacket. The four internal conductors in red, black, yellow and green carry the signal and power of a shielded internal link, and black heat-shrink tubing covers the bundle exits. It is built for equipment where signal integrity matters, with the pin order and cable length set per the approved drawing.
