Process Requirements

1. Strip H1 5.5~6.0mm, crimp U-fork terminal and sleeve with heat-shrink; 2. Strip H2 3.0+0.5mm and crimp 3962T; 3. Pull-out after crimping >7.3kg.

Test Conditions

1. 100% electrical test on every unit; 2. Test voltage DC300V; 3. Insulation resistance ≥10MΩ; 4. Continuity resistance ≤2Ω.

Product Introduction

This lead uses two brown UL1015 20AWG conductors, with U-fork terminals at one end and a 5P 3962-style housing at the other. A flexible black PVC sleeve covers the middle of the bundle, protecting and tidying the two leads. It is built as a fixed grounding or power connection inside electronic equipment, with the terminal sizes and lead length set per the approved drawing.
