Engineering Drawing - Y-Fork to Board-Terminal Lead

Product Introduction

This lead connects a Y-fork terminal at one end to a B1811T2P-2E PCB board terminal at the other, using an orange UL1015 hookup wire. Black heat-shrink tubing covers both junction points for insulation and strain relief. It is built as a fixed grounding or power connection lead inside electronic equipment, with the terminal sizes and lead length set per the approved drawing.

Product Features

  • Y-fork terminal 4.2x6.8x0.6 at one end
  • B1811T2P-2E board terminal, 2.4mm PCB hole size, at the other
  • Orange UL1015 18AWG lead
  • Black heat-shrink tubing at both junctions
  • Fixed lead length and terminal set per drawing

Technical Specifications

  • Pin count: single-circuit lead
  • Wire: UL1015 18AWG hookup wire
  • Terminals: Y-fork and PCB board terminal, tin-plated
  • Protection: black heat-shrink tubing at both ends
  • Testing: 100% continuity test on finished leads

Quality Assurance

We build to customer drawings and samples, supporting small-batch production and steady volume orders. Every lead is continuity tested before shipment, and crimp quality is verified by pull-test sampling. Wire color and terminal options can be customized for the equipment design.
