Требования к процессу

1. Strip both ends 2.5-3.0mm, crimp terminals and insert into housings as shown; 2. Terminal-to-wire crimp pull-out force must exceed 3.0Kg/F; 3. On the H2 end, crimp first then solder-tin the crimp point; 4. Terminal-to-housing retention must be at least 50N; 5. Do not use Hongxing brand for the H1 housing; the two back dots are optional.

Условия испытаний

1. Continuity resistance below 3Ω; 2. Short/open detection threshold 20KΩ; 3. Insulation resistance at least 20MΩ at DC=300V; 4. Test environment 25±5°C, humidity below 60%RH; 5. Heat-shrink tube centered when shrinking.

Упаковка

100 PCS per bundle; wrap the H2 end with foam sheet.

Введение

Данный 3P jumper links a white latching 2501H-3P XHS-style housing at one end to a white SCN90H-3P JC2.5 housing at the other. Three white UL1430 leads join the two ends, with tin-plated обжатые клеммаs seated in each housing. Black heat-shrink tubing covers the bundle exits for strain relief, and the short lead length suits tight internal spacing.
