Требования к процессу

1. Branch out 23±2mm at the H1 end, strip 2.5+0.5mm and crimp 2511T terminals; 2. Terminal-to-housing pull-out force must exceed 2Kg/F; 3. Continuity resistance below 2Ω; 4. Pin 5 must carry a UL mark (on the finished product the mark appears inverted); marking content on pins 3 and 4 is not specified; 5. Finished twisted tinned tail OD must be below 0.9mm.

Упаковка

100 PCS per bundle; wrap the tinned tips with foam sheet then PE film, fold each bundle in half and tie with a cable tie, pack in a suitable carton.

Данный Ribbon harness uses a white 2511H-7P housing at one end and bare tinned wire tails at the other, built from a black UL2468 ribbon cable. The tinned tails can be soldered directly to a board or inserted into a индивидуальныеer разъём as required. It is a fixed internal connection lead for electronic equipment, with the ribbon keeping the pin sequence aligned from end to end.
