Требования к процессу
1. Strip outer jacket 25±3mm and inner wires 2.5±0.5mm at both ends, crimp terminals and insert into housings as shown; 2. Terminal pull-out force >2.2Kg/F; 3. Cut braid and foil at the jacket-stripping edge without damaging inner wires, then sleeve and shrink the heat-shrink tube.

100% tested and dot-marked on finished units: insulation resistance 20MΩ, DC high voltage 300V, continuity resistance 3Ω.
