Требования к процессу
1. Strip both ends 2.5+0.5mm and crimp terminals; 2. Single-pin terminal-to-wire retention ≥2KG; 3. SM plug housing must be Huafu (Jiade) brand; 4. Wires sleeved with PVC tube as shown and inserted into housings as shown.
Условия испытаний
1. Continuity resistance <2 ohm; no short, open or misalignment; 2. SM plug/receptacle mating force: insertion ≤8N/pin, withdrawal ≥3N/pin.
Introduction
One end is a white SCN180H-8P (Pitch:2.5mm), the other a black SM2.5HS-7P receptacle (Pitch:2.54mm) with a lock; 7-core UL1007#26 wire (yellow/red/green/brown/white/blue/black) wired per the contact table (H1-2 vacant), общую длину 300±10mm, sheathed in black PVC tube.
