Inside each charger, power, control and communication circuits must be reliably connected while enduring repeated plugging, temperature rise and outdoor operation. Main Harness Types

• Wireless charging pile harness: handles internal power, control and cooling circuits of the charger, integrating power supply and communication lines, heat-resistant and split-bundle interference-resistant for stable high-power operation;
• DC fast-charging gun harness: connects main power terminals and charging communication signals, customized to the gun structure and operating conditions;
• Shared charging cabinet harness: connects charging bays, the main control board and power supply modules, customized to the bay layout for safe multi-channel charging;
• Charging cable assembly: a harness with connection terminals at both ends, carrying charging power and connection signals, bend- and pull-resistant.

Customization Process

We start with drawing and specification review to confirm interface definitions, wire types, shielding and circuit order, then produce samples for confirmation before mass production, followed by inspection and packaging. Wire length, terminals and cable exit can be adjusted to the gun, charger body and cabinet structure.

Quality and Delivery

Production follows a general quality-control flow: incoming material inspection, in-process checks during crimping and assembly, and final inspection before delivery. For the temperature rise, bending, pulling and outdoor operation of charging equipment, heat resistance, bend endurance and connection reliability receive special attention.
